Inspired by a French letter café, Tammy has created ‘A Letter to Me’ to give people something we rarely allow ourselves anymore: time to slow down.
Life has a way of moving faster than we expect. The goals we set, the moments we cherish, the challenges we face, and even the person we become can all change before we have the chance to truly appreciate the journey.
A Letter to Me was created to help you pause, reflect, and capture a single moment in your life before it becomes a memory.
Whether you attend one of our intimate Long Island workshops or choose to write your letter online, the experience is beautifully simple. You’ll write a letter to your future self, seal it with your own hands, and approximately one year later, it will arrive in your mailbox.
