Refund Policy

At A Letter to Me, we work hard to create meaningful experiences and carefully prepare every workshop, online letter, and product order. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.
Workshop Registrations
Workshop registrations may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop date.
Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. However, at our sole discretion, we may allow your registration to be transferred to a future workshop if space is available.
If you do not attend your scheduled workshop, your registration fee is non-refundable.
Workshop Cancellations by A Letter to Me
If we must cancel a workshop due to weather, low attendance, venue issues, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose either:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer to another available workshop.
A Letter to Me is not responsible for travel expenses, hotel accommodations, lost wages, or other costs associated with a canceled or rescheduled event.
Online Letter Service
Because your letter begins processing shortly after submission, purchases for the Online Letter Service are generally non-refundable once your letter has been submitted.
If you accidentally submit duplicate orders or experience a billing error, please contact us promptly so we can review your request.
The Letter Shop
Physical products purchased through The Letter Shop may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped in error.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue.
Once approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Payment Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution and payment provider and may take several business days to appear.
